We are unable to refund or exchange products damaged by misuse or the product has been used for a period of time and the problem is as a result of usual wear and tear.

Returning of Items
When returning your item, please wrap the box with plastic or paper.
We allow 10 days from receipt of goods, to return the item in the original packaging & condition, with a copy of the invoice.
It is recommended that you post it back to us via insured/registered mail, as we are unfortunately unable to hold responsibility should your parcel be lost in transit. We do not credit for shipping charges either way, unless the return is due to an error on our behalf. Once we receive the goods, you will receive your refund via your original payment method within 14 working days.
